Refund and Cancellation Policy for Profox WebDesigner (profoxwebdesigner.com)

At Profox WebDesigner, we are committed to delivering exceptional services that help our clients grow their businesses. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our services, but we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms for refunds and cancellations.

1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which include custom website design, digital marketing, SEO services, and other bespoke solutions, refunds will only be issued under specific conditions outlined below:

  • Initial Consultation Refund: If you decide to cancel the service within the given individual product refund policy and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • No Refund after given refund time limit: Once the Time limit is over and significant progress has been made (including but not limited to design mockups, copywriting, or development stages), no refunds will be issued. This is due to the time, effort, and resources already allocated to the project.

  • Partial Refund: If you decide to cancel the service after the project has begun but before final delivery, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Ongoing Services (SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.): For ongoing services that operate on a monthly basis (e.g., SEO, lead generation, digital marketing), no refunds will be issued once the monthly service has started. Cancellations of ongoing services will take effect from the following billing cycle (see below for details).

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any of our services at any time, subject to the following terms:

  • Website Design & Development Projects: If you wish to cancel your website design or development project before it begins or given a refund time period, you may do so without penalty if no work has started. Once work has started or the given refund time is over, cancellation will result in partial or no refunds, as detailed in the refund policy above.

  • Ongoing Services (SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.): For services billed on a monthly basis, such as SEO or digital marketing:

    • You may cancel these services at any time by providing us with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
    • The service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for future months.
  • Pre-Paid Plans: If you have purchased a pre-paid plan or package and wish to cancel before the completion of the plan, refunds will be evaluated based on the percentage of services delivered at the time of cancellation. Any upfront discounts applied to the pre-paid plan will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Process for Requesting Refunds or Cancellations

  • Request a Refund or Cancellation: To request a refund or cancel a service, please email us at support@profoxwebdesigner.com with the subject line “Refund Request” or “Cancellation Request,” along with your name, company name, and the service you wish to cancel. You must provide clear reasoning for the refund or cancellation request.

  • Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Disputes: If you have any disputes regarding the refund or cancellation of your service, you may contact us directly at support@profoxwebdesigner.com, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

4. Changes to Our Refund and Cancellation Policy

Profox WebDesigner reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated.
